Five steps, one team

From the first walk-through to the last punch-list item, the same two people are responsible: Priya for the design, Sam for the build.

The five steps

  1. Step 1: Consult

    Free · about 1 hour at your house

    Priya and Sam come to you together. We look at the room, open a few cabinets, check the panel and the plumbing, and talk through how you actually use the space. You leave with a realistic budget range, not a sales pitch.

    • Walk the space and take measurements
    • Talk through wish list, must-haves and budget
    • Flag structural, electrical or plumbing questions early

  2. Step 2: Design & 3D

    2 to 4 weeks

    Priya draws the floor plan and elevations, pulls tile, stone and fixture samples, and builds a 3D model so you can walk the finished room on screen. Sam reviews every revision for buildability and cost as we go.

  3. Step 3: Fixed bid

    About 1 week

    Sam prices the final design line by line: labor, materials, permits, disposal. You get one number in writing before anything is ordered or demolished. If the design does not change, the price does not change.

  4. Step 4: Build

    Kitchen 6–10 wks · Bath 4–6 wks · Basement 8–12 wks

    Sam's crew runs the job with a posted schedule, dust walls, floor protection and a clean-up every afternoon. You get a short update every Friday, and Priya is on site for every finish decision.

  5. Step 5: Walkthrough

    Final day

    We walk the finished room together and write down anything that is not right. We close that list out, hand over care guides and warranties, and check back at 30 days and one year.
