Questions before you book
What should I prepare?
Nothing is required. Photos of rooms you love, a rough budget and a sense of timing all help. We bring the tape measure.
How long does the consult take?
About an hour at your house. We walk the space, talk through how you use it, and give you an honest budget range before we leave.
Is there a cost?
No. The design consult is free and there is no obligation. If you move forward, design is billed as 10% of the project and credited toward your fixed bid.
Will I meet both Priya and Sam?
Yes. Every consult is with both of them, so you hear about design and buildability in the same conversation.
What happens after?
If it is a fit, Priya starts the design and 3D model. Sam prices the final design and you get a fixed bid in writing. You are never obligated to build.
How soon could you start?
Design usually begins within two to three weeks of the consult. Construction typically starts four to eight weeks after you sign the bid, depending on cabinet and tile lead times.
