Five steps, one team
Priya designs it, Sam builds it, and you never play messenger between a designer and a contractor.
Step 1: Consult
A free hour at your house with Priya and Sam. We look at the space, talk through how you use it, and get honest about budget.
Step 2: Design & 3D
Priya draws the plan, pulls finishes and builds a 3D model so you can walk the room before anything is ordered.
Step 3: Fixed bid
Sam prices every line from the final design. One number, in writing, before demolition. No allowances that grow later.
Step 4: Build
Sam's crew runs the job with a posted schedule, dust walls and a weekly check-in. Priya is on site for every finish decision.
Step 5: Walkthrough
We walk the finished room together, close out the punch list, and hand over care guides and a two-year workmanship warranty.
Budgets, stated plainly
What it typically costs
Starting prices for full remodels we design and build, with an example monthly payment if you finance. Your fixed bid comes after design, before any work starts.
Kitchen

Most of our kitchens land between $65,000 and $120,000.
Bath
from $28,000
or about $276/month financed
Most of our baths land between $28,000 and $50,000.
Basement
from $55,000
or about $542/month financed
Most of our basements land between $55,000 and $100,000.
Financing
Home equity loans, HELOCs and unsecured renovation loans through local lenders. We share your fixed bid with your lender directly so approval can move in step with design. Monthly figures are examples based on a 15-year home equity loan at 8.5% APR. Your actual rate and term come from your lender.
